Addressing the complex policy challenges we face today will require creative, interdisciplinary solutions. I view teaching not only as an opportunity to motivate students to tackle these issues, but also as a way to equip them with the tools, skills, and perspectives necessary to promote innovative ideas. To foster this interest and help cultivate and hone these skills, I strive to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that encourages students to draw from their diverse backgrounds and unique perspectives while also providing the resources necessary to ensure successful participation and growth.
